Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a human resources generalist role.
Demonstrated proficiency in achieving strategic HR objectives aligned with organizational goals.- Proven track record in overseeing HR core processes including talent management, succession planning, and employee relations.
Capable of making well-founded business decisions and offering evidence-based recommendations to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration, human resources management, or a related field is mandatory.
