JOB SUMMARY:This role will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, compensation and benefit, employee relations, performance management, and training & development. The Human Resources Manager will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
_Recruitment and Staffing:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements regarding employment.
_Employee Relations:
_
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
Foster a positive working environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee grievances.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve employee relations and ensure consistent application across the organization.
_Performance Management:
_
Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
Implement employee development plans to address performance gaps and promote career growth.
_Training and Development:
_
Identify training needs and create or source programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
_Compliance and Reporting:
_
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare and submit reports on HR metrics such as employee turnover, retention rates, and training outcomes.
_Compensation and Benefits:
_
Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct salary benchmarking and surveys to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Advise employees on benefits options and assist with enrollment and claims.
_Organizational Development:
_
Partner with leadership to understand and execute the organization's HR and talent strategy.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Promote and support organizational change initiatives and cultural development.
- QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in human resources management.
A minimum of five (5) years of people management.
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
