A. JOB OBJECTIVES/DESCRIPTIONThe Human Resource Manager shall manage and oversee all facets of the HR Department including job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and talent management. He/she shall be expected to provide a strategic action plan for the department. The HR Manager shall also be responsible for the formulation, implementation, and revisions of HR and Admin policies and procedures.
He/she shall ensure the alignment of the HR department with the company's strategic goals and compliance with local labor laws.
- B. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Management and Leadership_
- Provide direct oversight and management of the day-to-day operations of the HR Department but not limited to end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, company events and activities, timekeeping, compensation and benefits, and other HR services.
Develop and implement policies and procedures pertaining to areas of responsibility.
- Develop strategies and process improvement plans to improve the efficiency of the department.
Collaborate with other department heads for matters covered by the HR Department.
_2. Recruitment
_- Oversee the full recruitment cycle including job postings, interviewing, hiring, background checking and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and manage workforce planning.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top employees.

3. Performance Management_
- Develop and oversee implementation of performance appraisal systems and processes.
Identify and address performance issues through coaching and developmen plans.
_4. Employee Relations
_- Foster a positive working environment through effective employee relations practices.
Address employee grievance and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.

5. Compensation and Benefits_
- Conduct regular salary reviews and benchmarking exercises.
Manage employee benefit programs including health, insurance, and retirement plans.
_6. Compliance and Legal
_- Provide reports needed by the management.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements.

7. HR Administration_
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR Database.
Oversee HR Reporting and metrics to track HR performance and identify areas for improvement- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with at least 5 years of proven working experience as HR
Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
- Excellent business communication and presentation skills
- Strong background in managing different HR facets including recruitment, labor relations, compensation and benefits
- Possess in-depth and up-to-date knowledge and understanding of Philippine labor law, and all policies pertaining to working conditions and statutory benefits.
- Pro-active and can work with different people at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent budget management skills, promoting cost-efficiency while providing quality output.

- D. REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The HR Manager is directly reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
