Payroll Legal Compliance
The HR Manager oversees various functional areas including planning, development, implementation, and administration of HR programs. This role is key to integrating these programs with corporate strategies to meet operational objectives. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring HR policies and programs encompassing recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations; fostering a positive workplace environment that aligns with corporate needs, employee goodwill, and broader business objectives; and serving as a perceptive liaison capable of connecting with all organizational levels, ensuring equitable practices and promoting diversity. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader skilled in managing diverse relationships across the company and adept at balancing multiple priorities.

- Implement effective manpower planning and leadership development strategies.
Ensure adherence to employment laws, provide consultative guidance on HR processes, and manage documentation audits.- Advise management on personnel practices and compliance issues.
Manage attrition and enhance employee engagement.
- Partner with business leaders to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Anticipate long-term HR needs and trends.- Provide strategic counsel on organizational structure and workforce planning.
Handle grievances, disciplinary procedures, and dispute resolutions.
- Facilitate open communication between employees and management to foster a cooperative work environment.

Perform all other duties and or projects as assigned by a supervisor or manager.
