Job Description

Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
Training, counseling, and coaching staff.
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
  • Conducting performance and wage reviews.
Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Creating clear and concise reports.
Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
  • Manageing 5 main duties: talent management, compensation and employee benefits, training and development, employee relations, organizational development, compliance, and workplace safety
  • WORK LOCATION: Lawis Extension, San Isidro, Antipolo City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,
  • 00 - Php33,000.00 per month

* Human Resources Manager: 5 years (Preferred)
