The ideal candidate will support the full scope of
Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Develop, implement, and improve HR and company policies
- Provide HR and other related reports to the management.
Responsible for overseeing the administration of payroll, government compensation, and benefit plans of the company.- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5+ years experience in Human Resources handling all facets.
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.- Accounting background is an advantage.
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills.
- Attention to detail and good judgment.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
