Job Description

Job qualification
  • College Graduate of any 4 year course or must graduate of BS Psychology
Preferably with experience in HR related tasks
  • Computer literate and organized at paperwork tasks
Can work with minimum supervision
  • Preferably with 3 to 4 years of experience in supervising and/or managing Human Resources Department

Core Function
  • To manage, monitor and evaluate all day-to-day activities in the Human Resources Department. The incumbent should direct and oversee all areas of Human Resources Department.

Primary Tasks
  • Monitor and involve in managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.
Oversee the human resources daily operations.
  • Develop and monitor employees productivity.
Regularly provides accurate human resources reports

Secondary Tasks
  • Supervise and manage the HR personnel.
Monitoring of HR Principle such as Recruitment, Performance evaluation, Training and development, Succession planning, HR Data analysis and Compensation of benefits.
  • Serves as a bridge to management and employee relations by addressing demands, concerns and other issues
Implementation of the company policy and procedures.
  • Dealing actively monitor recruitment by preparing Job Description, Posting Ads thru online platforms, and managing hiring process.
Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
Administer the proper documentation for all Human Resource files.
  • Maintain employee records (201 File) according to policy and legal requirements.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Assist/Provides orientation for the newly hired employees.
Compose and sending warning letter, AWOL, and termination notice.
  • Handle the departments weekly budget, monitoring of department expense and proper liquidations to disbursement officer.
Posting of HR activities daily reporting such as employee daily attendance, employee dynamics, employees movement, company memorandum etc.
  • Preparing of company's memorandum.
Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as determined by immediate head and or performs job related task that may arise as needed by the company including participation in company events and or activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,
