Position Mission
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to lead our human resources functions and support our company's growth and success. This role will focus on improving our eNPS score by addressing employees needs and will oversee the full HR lifecycle, from recruitment to exit processes, ensuring compliance, fostering positive company culture, and driving talent development. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in HR, demonstrating expertise in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, policy development, and developing and conducting training sessions.
The focus of this job is on achieving results which are aligned with the larger picture of the organization and its strategic goals. Initiative, coupled with a sense of competitive drive, and the ability to stay focused on results despite changing conditions, is the key to achieving the performance objectives of this job.
Responsibilities
- Grow our eNPS score and act on employees needs
- Develop and oversee recruitment strategies to align with company growth; partner with department heads for an effective hiring process, working closely with our Recruitment Specialist
- Design and manage an engaging onboarding program to support new hires in integrating into the company and its culture
- Responsible for managing and creating team building and retreat initiatives/events, etc
- Establish and maintain a performance evaluation framework, coaching managers and employees on goal-setting and continuous improvement
- Serve as a trusted advisor on workplace issues, handling conflict resolution and fostering a positive work environment
- Oversee the design and competitiveness of compensation and benefits packages, ensuring alignment with market standards and company goals
- Create and enforce HR policies that meet legal standards and support a respectful, compliant workplace
- Identify skill gaps and oversee development programs to foster employee growth, including leadership development for high-potential talent
- Drive culture-building Drive initiatives focused on company values, mission, and vision and engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and team cohesion
- Track and report on key HR metrics to guide decision-making and continuous improvement
- Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring effective delegation and supporting team members professional growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of HR experience, focusing on full-cycle HR processes
- Proven experience in HR managing remote and multi-cultural teams
- Strong knowledge of global employment laws and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus
