HR Manager (Generalist with a Strong Background in Compensation & Benefits and Employee Engagement)
We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team to lead the HR Operations of the Company and partner with the Human Resources Director in implementing Strategic Human Resources Programs. The incumbent needs to have strong foundations in Compensation and Benefits and an understanding of the other facets of Human Resources.
- Schedule: Flexible working hours: 7 AM to 9 AM window at the start of the shift to 4 PM to 6 PM; Monday to Friday

Handle the computation and release of the monthly payroll with the partner bank.
- Ensure that the system-generated payroll computation is accurate.
Ensure the timely release of the payroll- Conduct compensation research with the HR Team and provide appropriate salary structure proposal to the Director of Human Resources
Handle the computation of the last pay of exiting employees
- Partner with the HRIS provider to ensure that the system's payroll functionality is within the scope of the requirement.
Handle the monthly computation of the government statutory benefits, maternity benefit, and the like, as well as their reporting.
- Manage company benefits including HMO, and computation of Service Incentive Benefit, among others.
Handle and monitor employee loans- Prepare and release contribution certificates as needed by employees
Conceptualize engagement activities with the HR Team using frameworks such as Gallup Engagement and the likes- Launch and lead employee engagement activities together with a project team
Conduct post-engagement program assessment
- Lead onboarding and offboarding process
Partner with the Director of Human Resources in implementing employee retention programs and improving employee experience
Partner with the Director of Human Resources to ensure the company's compliance with labor standards across the different properties of the company- Represent the company, together with the Director of Human Resources, in labor conferences and related relational correspondences.
Prepare and implement recruitment strategies- Conduct sourcing and assessment of candidates for management positions
Lead the recruitment activities of the HR Team
Conduct training needs assessment
- Partner with Training and Development providers in launching L&D programs in the Company
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources or related field
At least five years of experience in handling General facets of Human Resources
- At least three years of experience in handling Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits
At least two years of experience in handling employee engagement and events- An experience in people management is a plus for this position
Certificate from Human Resources certifying organizations is desirable but not required
