Jobs Description- HR Manager for Recruitment is responsible for strategic filling positions in the company. He/she will also manage end-to-end recruitment activities of the company by attracting best talents.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives and talent needs.- Lead employment branding initiatives
Manage manpower planning activities from identification of manpower requirements and implementation of strategic sourcing initiatives to expanding the pool of applications. Liaise with headhunters, Public Employment Service Offices (PESO), and universities to generate applications.
- Manage a team of recruiters to serve all manpower needs according to identified lead time per job level.
Graduate of BS/AB Psychology/Behavioral Science or its equivalent.
- At least 5 years of managerial work experience in handling recruitment.
Energetic, analytical, organized, and can work with minimum supervision.- Must have above-average oral and written communication skills.
Knowledgeable in formulating and implementing HR programs and organizational development interventions.
- Good in policy development and implementation.
