Candidate Profile:
As an HR Manager, it is essential that you are articulate with good command of leadership, highly organized, keen attention to detail, responsive, resourceful, and have knowledge of the Labor Code of the Philippines.
Job Overview:
Your roles will focus on people management and improvement. Motivates and encourages the sales team to ensure quotas are met. You will also lead a team to a productive day to day operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage employee conflict resolution activities.
Design and lead performance and labor-management programs.
Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports
Issue incident reports notices and memorandum and impose proper sanctions for enforcing employee discipline.
Support HR functions e.g. admin, recruitment, operations, and payroll (able to review checks and balances)
Job Specifications:
Graduate of any 4 year course.
Preferred with labor administration and relations experience
Working knowledge in Learning and Development.
Proven experience in counseling, behavioral assessment, and public engagement.
Willing to work in =g City.
