Position: HR Manager
Company Industry: Consulting Company
Work Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: Php30,000-Php40,000
Work Set Up: Work on Site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree related to Human Resource Management or Psychology
With least 1-2 years working experience in the same role.
Has working experience as HR in a construction company
Amendable to work on site
Amendable to attend face to face interview
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create, update, assess, and enhance HR policies and employee handbooks.
Resolve employee concerns, provide input to top management, handle disagreements, and collect reports by completing forms, required documentation, and records.
Oversee the hiring and choosing procedure.
Processing employee benefits and remuneration through system-based software.
Maintaining records in human resources on new hiring, transfers, terminations, classification changes, and merit increases
Responsible for payroll calculations
