HR Manager- Job Description: The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role is crucial in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and fostering a company culture that promotes growth and engagement.

- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, develop and implement talent attraction strategies, and collaborate with department heads on staffing needs and workforce planning.
Employee Relations
: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, handle employee concerns and grievances professionally, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.Training and Development
: Identify training needs, design and deliver programs to enhance skills and performance, and oversee performance appraisal and feedback processes.Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, conduct salary reviews and market analysis, and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- HR Policy and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, stay current with labor laws and regulations, and manage disciplinary actions and terminations.
HR Administration
: Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, oversee payroll processing and timekeeping, and utilize HR software for efficient administration.Employee Engagement
: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, promote a positive workplace culture and well-being, and monitor and enhance employee satisfaction.Talent Management: Identify high-potential employees, implement succession planning strategies, and develop and execute employee retention and career growth initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
- 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible HR experience, including managerial roles.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership abilities and experience managing an HR team.
- Ethical conduct and a high level of confidentiality.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to adapt to changing business environments and evolving HR trends.
