Role: HR Manager
- Work Setup: Mondays Fridays (8:00 AM 5PM)
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is essential in helping the company develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. The HR Manager will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Foster a positive work environment and culture that aligns with the company's values.
Address and resolve employee issues and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
Conduct investigations and provide solutions for workplace conflicts.
Implement performance appraisal systems to monitor and evaluate employee performance.
Develop and manage performance improvement plans as needed.
Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.
Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills.
Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
Conduct salary reviews and manage payroll processes.
Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business goals.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions.
Drive initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Promote a safe and healthy work environment.
Manage workplace health and safety programs and initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

This position typically works in an office environment but may require occasional travel.
Standard work hours with some flexibility for additional hours as needed.
