The HR Manager develops and implements an organization-wide human resource strategy that aligns with the organization's vision and its current long-term business objectives.
The HR Manager implements the organization's human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employee it needs to achieve the current and future business objectives.
- Talent Planning & Acquisition
- 1Works closely with Department Heads and line managers to understand business needs and fulfill their immediate talent requirements and as well as help plan via workforce planning initiatives.
- 2Participates in project planning involving manpower and organization review.
- 3Manages HR operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements and costs
- 4Monitors employee movements (internal hiring / transfers) within the organization, to be able to effectively build talents from within.
- HR Management (Policies, Practices and Processes)
- 1 Develops and implements policies and processes on the entire employee lifecycle (from manpower planning to resignation).
- 2 Works closely with top management and department heads, assisting them to understand and implement HR policies and procedures.
- 3 Develops, implements and Reviews HR Code of Business Conduct and Discipline and Code of Business Ethics
- Performance and Rewards Management
- 1Advises on pay and other remuneration issues including promotion and benefits.
- 2Recommends annual salary increase matrix based on performance appraisal results, conducts salary reviews based on internal and external salaries, and conducts benefits study/ review and recommend plan of action.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- 1Issue incident reports, notices and memorandum and impose proper sanctions for the enforcement of employee discipline
- 2Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- 3Complies with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- 4Promotes a positive work environment by instilling self-discipline through a clear and objective disciplinary structure and system.
- Talent Development & Management
- 1Analyzes training needs in partnership with department managers
- 2Plans, implements and evaluates training programs (internal or external) required to ensure effective onboarding, strengthening the technical competencies and leadership development.
- High Performing and Engaged Team
- 1Sets the direction in developing the team members objectives; ensures that performance metrics are regularly monitored; provides regular feedback (positive & constructive) to team members on their performance to keep them engaged.
- 2Mentors and guides the team members to navigate & address the business/ operational challenges & difficult situations to achieve the desired results.
- Requirements:
1) Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2) With at least five to seven (5 to 7) years experience as HR Generalist, one to two (1- 2) years management position
3) Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies.
4) Has knowledge in HR Principles ,best practices and Labor Laws
5) Has knowledge in HR Systems
6) Can organize and maintain database of employees, HR files and records
