QUALIFICATIONS:- Must have a solid experience in handling Manpower Agency.
At least 4-6 or more years of experience in HR Operations- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills- Good time-management skills and ability to work under pressure
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite tool
