Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and development plans to enhance employee productivity and career growth.
Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs in accordance with Philippine labor standards, ensuring competitive packages and compliance with statutory requirements.
Legal Compliance: Stay updated on Philippine labor laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices comply with local legal requirements, including DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) regulations.
HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing, leave management, and employee records maintenance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, morale, and retention, considering cultural sensitivities and preferences.
Qualifications
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is generally required.
Minimum 5-7 Years Of Experience In Human Resources.
Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or technology sectors is highly beneficial.
Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives.
Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
