Job Description

_Job Description:_

  • Strategic HR Leadership:
    - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    - Lead and manage the HR team to deliver effective HR services and support to the organization.

  • Talent Acquisition and Management:
    - Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of qualified candidates.
    - Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization.

  • Employee Relations and Engagement:
    - Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
    - Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee morale and retention.

  • Performance Management:
    - Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee performance and development.
    - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement strategies.

  • Compensation and Benefits Administration:
    - Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, and employee benefits plans.
    - Ensure compliance with legal requirements and market competitiveness in compensation practices.

  • Training and Development:
    - Identify training and development needs within the organization and develop training programs to address them.
    - Coordinate with department heads to facilitate skills development and career progression for employees.

    _Qualifications:_

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management roles, with a track record of implementing HR strategies and initiatives.

  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex HR issues and challenges.
