Job Description: HR Manager
  • Location: Quezon City, Philippines
  • Company Overview: A leading commercial real estate firm specializing in the development, management, and leasing of prime commercial properties across Quezon City is seeking a dedicated HR Manager. The firm is committed to delivering exceptional real estate solutions that meet the needs of its clients and tenants.
  • Position Overview: The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in managing human resources functions within the organization, ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and career development opportunities.
Implement training and development programs.
  • Manage HR metrics and reporting to support decision-making.
Collaborate with senior management on organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices in the real estate industry.
  • Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and performance management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and implement effective HR solutions.
Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software applications.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,
  • 00 - Php70,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Day shift
  • Fixed shift
Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
* Yearly bonus
