Job Description: HR Manager- Location: Quezon City, Philippines

- Position Overview: The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in managing human resources functions within the organization, ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Design and implement compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and career development opportunities.
Implement training and development programs.
- Manage HR metrics and reporting to support decision-making.
Collaborate with senior management on organizational goals and strategic initiatives.- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices in the real estate industry.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.- Proven work experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and performance management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and implement effective HR solutions.
Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software applications.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

- 00 - Php70,000.00 per month
Schedule: - 8 hour shift
Day shift Monday to Friday
