Perform essential HR Manager duties, including but not limited to:
- Keeping up the work composition by reviewing and revising job requirements and job descriptions for all designations.
- Constructing a recruiting, testing, and interview process, as well as conducting exit interviews.
- Introduces employees for duties by organizing and conducting orientations and training programs.
- Manages payment plans by initiating regular pay surveys; arranging and carrying out performance evaluation; planning pay budgets; overseeing individual pay action; organizing and executing pay structure revisions.
- Observing, and assessment of employee work outcomes by making certain that supervisors or managers coach and discipline the employees right; dealing and resolving employee grievances as well as counseling employees and supervisors.
- Reviews and analyzes benefit needs and trends in order to maintain benefit programs and informs employees about it.
- Oversees and implements appropriate human resource and state requirements to ensure the organization is adhering to legal compliance.
- Qualifications:
Graduate of any Business Course preferably Management, Human Resources or Psychology
With at least 4 years of extensive work experience in a managerial or supervisory level
Experience in the field of training and development a plus
Ability to work autonomously and effectively
Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office programs
Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously
Excellent problem-solving skills
Knowledgeable in basic labor law
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Has a strong work ethic and acumen
