The HR Manager will be responsible for overall Human Resource and Administration transactions related to Manpower Planning, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Employee Relations, and others.
- What are the Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in human resources or related
3 to 4 years of experience as an HR manager- Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
- What are the Roles and Responsibilities
- You'll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies.
Developing and fostering strong relationships across all business teams and departments- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
