Responsibilities:- Responsible for overseeing employees and daily operations of the human resources department and maintaining HR systems and processes.
Manage the recruitment and preparation of the employment contract.- Responsible for maintaining employee records.
Responsible to the training and development needed for the organization.
- Responsible for payroll including monitoring of attendance & leave.
Responsible to facilitate performance review and appraisal.- Responsible to oversee and review the compensation and benefits for employees.
Responsible to keep the company in compliance with health and safety rules and regulations.
- Responsible to shape and maintain company culture.
Responsible for planning and execution of human resources strategies and recruitment plans in line with company policy.- Responsible for reviewing the IPBR (IHI Philippines Business Rule) related to human resources and for updating it.
- Requirements / Qualifications:
At least 10 years experience in human resources or related field.- Good communication skills to relate information, connect with the stakeholders and promote a professional environment.
Experience working with Japanese companies is an advantage.
Monday - Friday.
