Job Description

Recruitment and Staffing: (15%)
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct job analysis, create job descriptions, and post job openings.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process.
Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Employee Relations: (20%)
Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
  • Address employee concerns and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Implement and manage employee recognition and rewards programs.
  • Performance Management: (5%)
Develop and implement performance management systems.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Assist in setting performance goals and objectives.
  • Compensation and Benefits: (15%)
Administer compensation programs, including salary reviews and bonuses.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Training and Development: (5%)
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: (20%)
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • HRIS and Payroll Management: (20%)
Oversee payroll processing using HRIS systems, particularly Sprout.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Manage employee data and generate HR reports as needed.
  • Workplace Safety: (10%)
Promote a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Develop and implement workplace safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45,
  • 00 - Php60,000.00 per month
