Must have at least 1 year of HR experience
- Experience in the different facets of HR such as Talent Acquisition, HR Operations (including payroll) Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management and Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement
Must be flexible to work on a hybrid set up or onsite (depending on the portfolio company you will be endorsed to)- Highly adaptable to a startup company
