Job Description

  • Recruitment and Staffing
  • Job Analysis and Design: Define job roles, responsibilities, and qualifications.
Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Selection Process: Conduct interviews, administer tests, and evaluate candidates.
  • Onboarding and Training
Orientation: Facilitate new employee orientation programs to integrate them into the company.Training Programs: Identify training needs and design development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • Employee Relations
  • Conflict Resolution: Address employee grievances, mediate disputes, and ensure a harmonious work environment.
Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture and boost employee morale and engagement.

  • Performance Management
Appraisals: Implement performance evaluation systems to assess employee performance.Feedback: Provide constructive feedback and development plans to employees.

  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary Administration: Develop and manage competitive salary structures and compensation packages.
Benefits Management: Oversee employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.

  • Compliance and Legal
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and regulations.Policy Development: Develop and update HR policies and procedures.

  • Strategic HR Planning
  • Alignment with Business Goals: Align HR strategies with organizational objectives and business goals.
Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives and manage the impact on employees.
