Qualifications
A client, a real estate developer with office in Mandaluyong City, is in need of an HR Manager with the following qualifications:
- Must be a college graduate
- With at least five (5) years of relevant HR generalist experience in a leadership/managerial capacity, experience in the same industry will be a definite advantage
- Must be experienced HR operations, HR business partnering and strong in employee relations
- Is agile and dynamic, and possesses excellent communication skills
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong on hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) may need to travel/do site visits as required,
