As an
HR Manager/Generalist, you will be responsible in various HR and generalist functions including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, benefits administration, training, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The role involves working closely with employees and management to foster a positive work environment and ensure the organization's HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented.
Coordinate recruitment efforts including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion.
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions to resolve issues.
Assist in the implementation and administration of performance appraisal processes.- Provide support to managers in setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
Administer employee benefits programs.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and facilitate enrollment processes.
Coordinate with benefit providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee benefits.- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-house and externally.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.- Stay informed about changes in HR laws and regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly.
Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience working in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist or similar position.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
