Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any equivalent course- At least 3 years experience in handling different facets of human resources functions
Exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work well independently as well as with co-workers, peers, supervisors and external customers- Ability to effectively and efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously with precision and adapt to changes in responsibilities and workloads in a fast-paced environment
Must possess a high degree of urgency and self-motivation
- Experience in payroll computation and other government -mandated payables
Experience in handling dole- related issues- Some experience in recruitment needed
