We are seeking a seasoned
HR Manager with a wealth of experience across all areas of Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, enabling them to navigate the complexities of employment regulations and ensure our practices align with legal requirements.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the formulation and execution of HR strategies in alignment with organizational objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including talent sourcing, selection, and onboarding. Implement effective talent management strategies to nurture employee growth and retention.
Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, handling sensitive employee relations issues with integrity and fairness. Promote open communication and a supportive work environment.- Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices are compliant. Mitigate legal risks through proactive measures and thorough documentation.
Develop and implement performance management systems to assess and enhance employee performance. Provide guidance to managers on performance feedback, coaching, and development.
- Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in HR processes and data management.
Proven experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in diverse HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply legal requirements effectively..
Effective team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop HR professionals to achieve departmental goals.

Pay: Php70,- 00 - Php95,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types: - 13th month salary
