Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager specializing in Employee Relations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive employee relations environment, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies, and promoting a productive workplace culture. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, deep knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and confidentiality.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement employee relations strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to management and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Handle complex employee relations issues such as disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations.
  • Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Legal teams to mitigate risks and resolve escalated issues.
  • Design and deliver training programs on employee relations topics to promote awareness and understanding across the organization.
Monitor and analyze trends related to employee relations and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee relations activities.
  • Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a focus on employee relations.
Thorough knowledge of Philippine employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
