Overview:We are seeking an experienced HR Manager specializing in Employee Relations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive employee relations environment, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies, and promoting a productive workplace culture. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, deep knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and confidentiality.
Develop and implement employee relations strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to management and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Handle complex employee relations issues such as disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations.- Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Legal teams to mitigate risks and resolve escalated issues.
- Design and deliver training programs on employee relations topics to promote awareness and understanding across the organization.
Monitor and analyze trends related to employee relations and recommend proactive solutions.- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee relations activities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a focus on employee relations.
Thorough knowledge of Philippine employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity.- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
