THE QUEEN CITY FOOD CHAIN INC.Is currently looking for:
- In-depth knowledge on the following areas:
Over-all HR operations (with total headcount of 400)- Employee Relations (labor laws, due process, performance management)
Compensation and Benefits Administration (OT, ND, Payroll, government-mandated benefits)
Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives- Maintain HR systems and processes
Conduct performance and salary reviews
- Provide support and guidance to HR staff
- REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Must have 4-6 years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of various HR Functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, evaluation, training and development.- Good understanding of labor laws.
Proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding organization and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Problem-solver and good decision-making skills.
Willing to work Monday-Saturday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,
- 00 - Php35,000.00 per month
