Job Responsibilities
Payroll Processing
- Appreciation of payroll inputs from HR Admin: attendance; e.g. (tardiness/undertime, absence/leave, official business, OT, holiday/rest day worked)
- Appreciation of payroll inputs from Talent Management, e.g., payroll inclusion, payroll hold or exclusion due to resignation, AWOL, end of probationary, separation etc..
- Fill in and complete data fields on payroll register
- Prepare bank prescribed payroll upload files
- Upload payroll filed onto bank system
- Obtain and monitor authorization for uploads
- Prepare contributions breakdown for HR, payroll summary for Accounting
- Contributions uploads and payment
As needed within the year
- Last pay and exit docs
- Compensation study adjustments
End of year
- Annualization of payroll data
- Completion of Alphalists on the BIR app
- Issue forms 2316
- Submit printed copies of forms 2316 to BIR
Benefits Administration
- Maternity leave benefit
- PHIC claims
- SSS and HDMF Loans
- Process company loan
- Issue certified pay slips
- Issue COE for valid reasons
- Health Maintenance claims coordination
- Other tasks assign from time to time
Qualifications
- BS Degree in Accountancy or Business Administration- Human Resources or Finance
- Proven experience in Compensation and Benefits, Timekeeping, Performance Management.
- Can do manual payroll
- Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software
- Advance MS Excel skills are required
- Demonstrates the ability to interact with different levels of employees in a highly professional and friendly manner
- Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
- Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations
- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Willing to work onsite- Makati City
