With exposure in semi-digital payroll
Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs
Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs
Strong decision-making skills- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
With strong experience in processing: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig and BIR
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Strong oral, written and analytical skills at the management level.- Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Requirements and Skills
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or similar role- Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software
Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels
Familiarity with labor legislation- Experience with employee satisfaction surveys
