Develop and maintain programs and strategies to make sure employees performance meet the standards of the Company and hold Managers accountable equal opportunities for all staff/employees.- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
- Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development, etc.
Oversee all HR functions- Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
- Spearheads programs and activities to ensure an engaging working environment with measurable impacts on the employees and the business.
Formulates and Implements HR Policies and Procedures Reviews personnel requisition based on approved headcount plan- Ensure constant communication to maintain industrial peace through healthy employee-employer relations.
Facilitate salary review process based on set guidelines as provided by the Management.
