JOB DESCRIPTION: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Leading the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure effective HR operations
Demonstrated organizational leadership and decision-making capability in a collaborative manner
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues
Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters per company policies and applicable laws
Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives
Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Manage timekeeping and payroll, whether manual or HRIS
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Leave Administration and HMO facilitation
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to the CEO and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Perform other HR tasks as required by the management
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development and Management, Psychology, or equivalent
With at least 5 years of working experience as HR Manager
With professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Keen attention to details
Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues that may arise
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially MS Excel
Knowledge of using HRIS (Sprout Solutions) is a plus
