Description
The HR Manager shall play a critical role in supporting the organization's human resources functions. Shall be responsible for assisting with various HR activities, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

- Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Business Administration, Or Related field ( Preferred)
- Previous 1 years experience in HR similar role or related roles is a plus
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes and inquiries
- The HR manager shall manage the recruitment and manpower planning
- Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth administration
- Help communicate and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Support performance appraisal processes, including data collection and analysis
- Assist in the development of the performance improvement plan
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns, and escalate to management when necessary
- Mediate minor disputes and conflicts
- Maintain training records and assist with employee development initiatives
- Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, including headcounts, turnover, and other relevant metrics.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives such as surveys and culture building activities.
- Assist in the processing of government mandated employment-related issues.
