We seek a mature and experienced HR Manager. A person who will lead the HR team in a fast growing, multi-national environment and focus on leading all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and team leadership. You must be willing and capable to roll up your sleeves and work side by side with your team members if needed.
Our office is in Alabang, and this is a hybrid role with Work from Office and Work from Home.

Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support
Drive talent acquisition and recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Foster a culture of employee engagement, diversity and inclusion
Develop retention initiatives
Manage performance management and employee development programs
Provide strategic advice to leadership and management teams
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Role Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience in HR management
Proven experience in corporate hiring and team management
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent leadership and management skills
Ability to develop and implement HR strategies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
