- Responsible for overseeing employees and daily operations of the human resources department and maintaining HR systems and processes2. Manage the recruitment and preparation of the employment contract3. Responsible for maintaining employee records4.
Responsible to the training and development needed for the organization5. Responsible for payroll including monitoring of attendance & leave6. Responsible to facilitate performance review and appraisal7.
Responsible to oversee and review the compensation and benefits for employees8. Responsible to keep the company in compliance with health and safety rules and regulations9. Responsible to shape and maintain company culture10.
Responsible for planning and execution of human resources strategies and recruitment plans in line with company policy11. Responsible for reviewing the internal rules and regulation (Company Business Rule) related to human resources and for updating it.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent.
At least 10 years experience in human resources or related field
At least 5 years of Managerial experience.
Good communication skills to relate information, connect with the stakeholders and promote a professional environment
Have experience working with Japanese companies
