  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs and provide guidance on HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Assist and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, including employee files, benefits information, and personnel transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as policy updates, diversity and inclusion programs, and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide reports and analysis on HR metrics, trends, and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
