As a _HR Learning and Organizational Effectiveness Supervisor
_, you are expected to be responsible for overseeing the training and development programs within the organization. It involves planning, coordinating, and implementing training initiatives to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance, as well as to promote organizational growth and effectiveness.- Develop and implement training and development programs aligned with the organization's goals and strategic objectives.
Identify training and development needs through collaboration with department heads, supervisors, and employees.
- Conduct skill gap analyses to determine training priorities.
Conduct or facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees.- Utilize a variety of training methods, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning platforms.
Ensure that the training content is current and aligned with industry best practices.
- Implement assessment methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training initiatives.- Ensure that training programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintain records and documentation related to training activities and compliance.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to reinforce training and foster skill development.
- What does it take to be part of the team
Must be Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology / Business Management or in a related field.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in designing and delivering training programs.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning software.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and emerging learning technologies.- Knowledge of relevant labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
