Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or any Human Resource related course
Previous role as HR Generalist or HR Lead is an advantage- With above average communication skills (written, oral, interpersonal); has the ability to communicate with various levels of the management
Computer literate, preferably with SAP knowledge
- Has a keen eye for details; dynamic, resilient, independent
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hiring/Recruitment and other functions related to Hiring
Conduct study and review of existing company Rules and Regulations, Policies etc.- Attend employee matters (DOLE related)
Other HR functions as maybe assigned
