The HR Lead/Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and talent management. The HR Lead/Manager will also ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process to attract and retain top talent.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, address employee grievances, and foster a positive work environment through effective conflict resolution and mediation.Performance Management:
Oversee performance appraisal processes, provide guidance and support to managers on employee performance issues, and develop improvement plans.Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensure competitive and fair compensation practices, and oversee payroll processing.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation, and implement policies and procedures accordingly.HR Strategy and Planning:
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives, and provide HR expertise to support organizational growth.HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze HR metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and legal compliance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role with exposure to various HR functions.
Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities, and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
