  • Job Description: As an HR Intern specializing in Recruitment at Vonas Media, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR and recruitment within a vibrant media company. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategies to find and recruit new interns who align with our company values and goals.
  • Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified intern candidates.
  • Utilize various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, university career centers, and social media to source potential candidates.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist in the creation of job descriptions and postings.
Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to the HR team.
  • Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online job boards.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
