- Job Description: As an HR Intern specializing in Recruitment at Vonas Media, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our growing team. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified intern candidates.- Utilize various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, university career centers, and social media to source potential candidates.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.- Assist in the creation of job descriptions and postings.
Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to the HR team.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online job boards.
