-Job Posting
-Screen resumes and application forms
-Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
-Conducts Phone Interviews
-Set an Interview schedules with the Lead
-Assist CEO with the Interviews in coordination with the HR Lead
-Prepare HR-related reports as needed
-Compile Confidential Documents in coordination with the HR Lead
-Assists to the HR Lead on sourcing and recruitment
-Orient new onboard interns
- Creates e-banners (if needed)
-Must be taking a course of BS in Psychology or Human Resources Management or similar field
-Familiarity with MS Office and With Laptop
-Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
-Basic knowledge of labor legislation
-Excellent communication skills
-Organizational skills
-Willing to have OJT work fully on site
-With laptop
