About the role

Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll:
- Tackle inquiries, assist with internal and external HR requests, ensuring prompt and accurate support.
- Handle Talent Acquisition task, keeping track of employee data while upholding confidentiality and compliance.
- Liase in Learning and Devlopment initiatives and events.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline HR functions like payroll and employee benefits.
- Coordinate HR events, schedule meetings and interviews, contributing to a well-organized HR division.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation processes to create welcoming experiences for new team members.
- Generate insightful HR reports to support strategic departmental projects and feedback initiatives.
The experience we're looking for
- A solid understanding of HR procedures and a track record of best practices in the field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with a knack for mastering new HR software and tools.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, with a flair for clear and compassionate communication.
- Excellent organisational aptitude, coupled with the capacity to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
- Experience with HR data, analytics, and process improvement, demonstrating a strategic approach to HR solutions.
