DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Handles sourcing of intern applicants through various recruitment channels, which includes online job postings, social networking sites, referrals, etc.
- Conducts initial screening of intern applicants, through resume screening, and initial interview, to determine the intern applicant's suitability to the job requirements.
Accomplish interview rating sheet based on initial interview conducted by HR Intern and endorse to requesting departments thru email for schedule of final interview.- Assist walk-in applicants
- Human Resource Management Systems Monitoring
Encode employment & personal details of new hire employees to HRMS.
- Employment Administration
Creation of identification cards for all new hire employees & interns.- Creates, maintains and safe keeps 2O1 files.
Ensure completion of the following requirements of interns prior to their start date: Updated Resume, Letter of Recommendation and Memorandum of Agreement
- Coordinates with HR Officers for the on-boarding/ deployment of interns to each requesting department
Process employee referral incentive and Accounts Payable Voucher Forms and ensure updated employee referral monitoring.
Assist in day-to-day HR deliverable such as but not limited to answering telephone calls, scan medical results of new hires, print of various documents for 2O1 filing, assist concerns of employees, assist in company wide events, update of HR database.- Performs other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
