Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide you with valuable experience in human resources operations and practices. As an HR Intern, you will assist our HR department in various tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help onboard new employees by preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and assisting with training logistics.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Support employee engagement activities, such as organizing events and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Assist in handling employee inquiries and providing basic HR-related information.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Assist in conducting research on HR trends and best practices.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and preparing documents.
  • Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
