Job Description:As an HR Intern, you will be a key support member of the HR team, responsible for a range of tasks to facilitate the smooth functioning of HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Review and screen resume and application forms to identify qualified candidates.
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates, ensuring timely communication and logistical arrangements.- Assist in the orientation and onboarding processes for new employees.
Address and resolve queries from applicants and employees in a timely and professional manner.
- Support employee engagement activities, including organizing and assisting with various employee events and initiatives.
Assist in maintaining and managing office supplies and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's inventory control.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and employees.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and demonstrate a positive attitude.
Understanding of and commitment to maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
