We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. The HR Intern will support the HR department in daily administrative tasks and assist with recruitment, employee records, and HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating new employee paperwork.- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and programs.
- Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
Qualifications:- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
