We're one of the first cloud kitchens in Manila and have served 500,000+ meals through digital-only brands - and we're only getting started. We're looking for bright, passionate folks to help us change the way Filipinos eat.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior internship experience in HR
Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Willing to work in Salcedo Village, Makati, or Pasig City.
Has a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and Endorsement Letter from school- With Internship allowance
Creating, monitoring, and updating job postings across multiple online listing sites.- Sourcing candidates through a variety of means such as job fairs, professional communities, cold outreach to qualified candidates on LinkedIn, etc.
Championing the company and its values during a variety of on and off-campus recruitment events.
- Owning the entire recruitment process such as processing resumes, holding screening interviews, scheduling interviews and trade tests with hiring managers, collecting and verifying pre-employment requirements, conducting background checks, issuing offers, etc.
Completing other tasks as may be assigned.
